30-Day Return Window
Collectors may return works within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or credit, provided the artwork remains in its original condition and packaging. This policy allows for careful inspection and authentication confirmation upon receipt.
Eligibility
Refunds are available only for items purchased directly through HelmutNewtonPhotography.com. Returns must include all original materials, including packaging, documentation, and certificates of authenticity.
Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please contact sales@helmutnewtonphotography.com within 30 days of receiving your artwork. A Return Authorization and insured shipping instructions will be provided. Unauthorized or uninsured returns cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of condition, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary. For wire payments, refunds are issued to the same originating account.
Damaged Shipments
In the rare event of shipping damage, please notify us immediately upon receipt and retain all packaging for inspection. Each shipment is fully insured through delivery. Replacement or refund will be processed as soon as the claim is validated.
Non-Refundable Items
Any artwork that has been framed, altered, or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for return.
