Every artwork is prepared, inspected, and shipped with the same level of care given to a museum collection. All shipments are fully insured and professionally packed for international transport.
Shipping & Packaging
Each order is packaged in a custom Airfloat Systems art box—the industry standard for museum and gallery shipments. Prints are sealed in archival materials with corner guards and double-wall protection.Orders typically require 2–5 business days for preparation and documentation prior to dispatch. Domestic orders ship via insured 1–2 day priority air service.
International Shipments
International deliveries generally arrive within 5–7 days depending on customs processing times. Tariffs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information will be provided as soon as the artwork departs our facility.
Returns & Exchanges
Collectors may return artworks within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the work remains in original condition and packaging.To initiate a return, please email sales@helmutnewtonphotography.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive complete instructions and a return authorization.
Return shipping must be handled with the same level of care and insurance coverage used in the original shipment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection and approval.

Every Helmut Newton print is fully insured from our door to yours. In the rare event of shipping damage, a replacement or full refund will be arranged immediately upon confirmation.
